Volunteers are "matched" with sites based on their interests and skills. The goal of NCVC is to expand services to the citizens of Citrus County through the dedicated efforts of volunteers of all ages. Volunteers are placed in special event, short-term project, or ongoing positions within a variety of local nonprofit organizations, government agencies and facilities. Volunteer benefits may include partial travel reimbursement; supplemental accident, auto, and liability insurance; annual recognition luncheon; and quarterly newsletter.
